On the 7th June, 2021, the Hon. The Minister of Women Affairs and Youth Development paid a brief, but memorable visit to GCC Girls’ Academy. She was very happy to see the Girls as she spoke some very encouraging words to them. She also mentioned that the zeal in learning displayed in the girls is the reason why she will be coming to see them anytime she is in Borno. She was so impressed that she promised to send something soon to encourage them to read hard and they too will be future Ministers, Governors or even President of Nigeria.
